Shipping Range
Funteir currently provide shipping services to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, etc. 

Shipping Fee Standards
The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the goods and the destination, as follows:
1. Standard Shipping:
For goods weighing less than 10kg, the shipping fee to the United States and Canada is approximately US$15-30; the shipping fee to the United Kingdom and Australia is approximately US$20-40; the shipping fee to European countries such as Germany, France, and Italy is approximately US$25-45.

For goods weighing 10-20kg, the shipping fee to the United States and Canada is approximately US$30-60; the shipping fee to the United Kingdom and Australia is approximately US$35-65; the shipping fee to European countries such as Germany, France, and Italy is approximately US$40-70.

For goods weighing more than 20kg, the shipping fee will increase according to the actual weight, which can be checked when placing an order.

2. Expedited shipping:
For goods weighing less than 10kg, the shipping cost to the United States and Canada is approximately US$40-70; the shipping cost to the United Kingdom and Australia is approximately US$45-75; the shipping cost to European countries such as Germany, France, and Italy is approximately US$50-80.

For goods weighing 10-20kg, the shipping cost to the United States and Canada is approximately US$70-100; the shipping cost to the United Kingdom and Australia is approximately US$75-105; the shipping cost to European countries such as Germany, France, and Italy is approximately US$80-110.

For goods weighing more than 20kg, the shipping cost will increase according to the actual weight, which can be checked when placing an order.

Warm Tips
Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays. Since Funteir cannot control the transportation situation, the arrival time will vary according to the actual situation. Therefore, all transportation times are for reference only.

Tariffs
Import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with customs before purchasing.

Shipping time
Once your order is completed, Funteir needs 1-2 business days to process your order and send it to the shipping center. Order delivery time is divided into two stages:

1. Processing time (1-2 business days): order verification, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be delivered to Funteir's warehouse for shipment within 24 business hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and logistics company will process the order within 1-2 business days. 

2. Shipping time: refers to the time it takes for the goods to be shipped from Funteir's warehouse to the destination. It usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver. 

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time before shipping, please refer to the table below to help you understand how the order works.

Tracking order
1. Once your order is shipped, Funteir will send you an email with tracking details so that you can track its shipping process.

2. If the tracking system shows "No Results" or "Not Found", don't worry, just try again in a few days, because although the package is on the way, it may take 2-3 days to be reflected in the tracking system.

3. Also, don't worry, if the package status keeps showing "Pre-Shipment", it does not mean that Funteir has not sent your package. In fact, your package has been sent at this time, but sometimes the USPS tracking system is not updated in time. There is a situation that often happens: there is no update on the package status for many days, and then suddenly the package status keeps updating, and the package suddenly arrives and is ready for delivery. 

4. In any case, please rest assured that Funteir is an honest and reliable manufacturer. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered. In case of transportation accidents, Funteir will bear full responsibility. If you still don't receive the package for more than 60 working days (from the date of the package being sent), we promise to re-ship or refund immediately.
