Return Policy
Return period
You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive and sign for the product. Returns exceeding 30 days will not be accepted.
Return eligibility
1. The product must be in its original condition, that is, unused, undamaged, and all accessories, labels and packaging are intact.
2. Customized products and opened special items (if there is no quality problem) are not returnable.
3. Products damaged due to force majeure are not covered by the return policy.
Product damage and problem handling
If the product you received is damaged, shipped incorrectly or has quality problems, please contact Funteir via email contact@lienthelp24h.com with in 48 hours after signing for it, and attach clear photos or videos to show the problem. After verifying the situation, Funteir will replace the product free of charge or refund the full amount, and you do not need to bear the return shipping costs.
Return process
1. Please send an email to contact@lienthelp24h.com stating the reason for the return, order number and product condition.
2. After receiving the return authorization confirmation email from Funteir, please send the product back to the designated address within 7 days.
3. Unless there is a quality problem with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. Once Funteir receives the returned product and confirms that it meets the return conditions, Funteir will initiate the refund process.
Refund Time
After confirming that the returned product meets the return conditions, Funteir will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your payment account through the original payment channel. The specific refund arrival time depends on your payment method and the processing speed of the financial institution.
